Diabetes therapy is growing faster than almost any other category in the markets we supply, and it is chronic, so the same continuity argument applies as it does in cardiovascular.
We supply metformin in immediate release and sustained release presentations, and the fixed dose combinations that make up most second line prescribing.
Sustained release presentations are not interchangeable with immediate release, and substituting one for the other to fill an order is not something we will do. If the specification says sustained release, that is what ships.
